Volatility to Grow in Base Metals, SMM Says 

SHANGHAI, Dec. 8 (SMM) – Base metal prices on the SHFE are expected to be volatile on Thursday, Shanghai Metals Market foresees. 

“Price divergence was expanding in base metal market after weakening across the board overnight, and price volatility is expected to grow on Thursday,” SMM says. 

Copper: 47,000-47,800 yuan per tonne
Aluminum: 12,900-13,150 yuan per tonne
Lead: 20,700-21,400 yuan per tonne
Zinc: 22,900-23,500 yuan per tonne
Tin: 144,500-147,500 yuan per tonne 
Nickel: 93,500-96,000 yuan per tonne
